A bit about Don Schmitt, Associate Therapist at Chesapeake Bay Psychological Services:

An experienced therapist and a licensed clinical social worker, Mr. Schmitt became an associate member of the practice in 2010. Before joining Chesapeake Bay Psychological Services, Mr. Schmitt:

•  gained more than 25 years of experience working in the healthcare field
•  as a licensed massage therapist, treated a diverse clientele, including ALS patients at a Johns Hopkins clinic
•  earned his M.S.W. from Salisbury University 
•  provided therapy to individuals, families, and couples at Eastern Shore Psychological Services

In his time away from CBPS, Mr. Schmitt, the father of two adult children, enjoys walks in Annapolis with his wife of more than 36 years. The Schmitts also enjoy hiking and rock climbing in the mountains of New Mexico, where they travel to visit their daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter.
